" Working at this salon, I can 100% say that we try our best to ensure a clean environment & great customer service. I am not a nail tech, but a receptionist here. I have been here for over 2 years, and although I left to pursue my career, I decided to come back part time to help this business because the owners & team treat me very well. I’ve been a manager at a couple restaurants and I know what it’s like to have a boss who undervalues you & can easily replace you. All this to say, I deal with the reviews here - the good and the bad. I came on here to say that 1) it’s a nail salon. We file nails. If you file your nails at home, you’ll find dust all over you. Although there is dust, you will see my boss walking around with a towel cleaning the floors. Or with a broom sweeping. She is very hard working & she’s been in this industry for a while. She gives each technician that she hires a hard time if things are messy or unclean. And trust me, I do too. After every client, we sanitize the chairs, wipe down the tables and sanitize all supplies used or throw them out & get new ones. 2) When it comes to customer service, we have high expectations. As front receptionist, I try to ensure everyone has a great service. I’ve been trained to ask every client when they are done how things were, because if things aren’t good - we will make sure you leave happy & satisfied. So we invite clients to let us know how their experience was right away! Do not be shy! We take customer service & client satisfaction to a high significance due to our high standard. Some technicians have good days & bad days - they’re human, just like we are. And if on the off chance you get a technician who had a bad day, we will listen to you. All this to say, we ask that you give us a chance. Because one tech with a bad day, does not mean our salon is bad. 3) I personally drive from Hamilton on my day off to come get my nails done here. I’ve gone elsewhere before, closer to home (and we know how expensive gas is) but working here, I know our salon is clean & the technicians work hard, and are experts in their jobs. So I choose to come here. Our pricing is fair and makes sense. At the front, we double check to make sure no one is being overcharged. If anything, I think we undercharge for our work sometimes. TLDR; All in all, I decided to come on here not to put a bias review. But an honest review from inside. If this salon was dirty or if I thought what they were doing was sketchy, or unfair, I would have left and not looked back. So I hope this review just shows what type of salon Nail Experts and Spa is - an honest, hardworking, clean & truly high quality salon. "

"  If I could give 100⭐️, I would! Today was my first experience at this salon and I will forever come here! I moved to Burlington 2 mo ago and was looking for a great nail salon as I have difficult toe nails (ingrown since I was little). Nail Experts and Spa beat any expectation I had, I can again walk without pain, my toes & nails look great, I love it! Great customer service, extremely clean salon and very friendly staff. Thank you!! "
